The service was below average. We had asked for the lawn to be cut short and it wasn’t done. The weed heads and overgrown lawn grown lawn at the corners of the property was untouched. The after service pic looks exactly the same as the before pic I have. The service was accepted after seeing the picture of the property and agreement was to do the entire property. The previous pro who used to service our property for two years used to take care of the lawn irrespective of it being within the garden bed or near the boundary fence. When asked to do that- ceaser said he can do only open spaces. We had him do some time service at a garden at our church which we had to redo after he left. I won’t recommend him for future services

Our property extends beyond the back fence in the back yard, I reached out to support to make sure this was included in the lawn outline but it was not cut. The change in the lawn trace resulted in a $10+ price increase can we get a refund for that price difference and make sure it’s cut in future.
