Fantastic job cleaning up the weeds and trimming the trees, but accidentally cut a wire wrapped around the sprinkler column. It was covered in a vine so clearly an accident, great work otherwise.

They rescheduled without communication twice, did an incomplete job (did not edge large areas, did not blow off any surfaces, and assured me they would come back to complete the job but did not). The grass has spots they missed in mowing. I was charged an overgrowth fee which is correct and fair, however the service was not complete. Very unprofessional. For over $60 my lawn should have been properly cut, edged, and blown. I communicated with the provider including pictures of the incomplete work, but nothing was corrected.

Thank you for the mow. My only concern/feedback is there is an area missed along the side of the house; from the road, sidewalk, fence side. No need to come back out this time, but next mow (2 weeks) it MUST be addressed, the grass by the sidewalk/trees is almost knee high.

Edging is getting better. Came after dark this last time. Didn't adjust mower height to our desired height of 4". All in all he does a good job, just needs more attention to the details and improved communication if running late.

Richard did a great job. There are some remaining tall pieces of grass along the fence and throughout the yard that I will trim with scissors.
