Last week, Jack didn’t mow at all. He said he was going to come on Wednesday and when I followed up on Thursday when he didn’t come, he said that the app didn’t let him come on another day, but he didn’t tell me that he wasn’t gonna come and then he came yesterday and then missed pieces of the lawn that didn’t get mowed at all.

Poor communication. Would take days to respond to any messages. Offered to release job to someone else who could cut sooner if I needed it and I said yes it needs cut asap and then never responded to it. Still charges for the “pick your day” fee even though he was 4 days late.

Lawn looks great but not that great with communication. I was told he would be here by 9 and did not get here until after 11. Could do better with communication and timeliness.

Sergio and crew did a great job. They arrived on time and completed work as expected. I had them do a spring clean up on all my flower beds. I’ll be looking to use Sergio in the future
