The lawn was cut, but no edging was done as the website described. Also, there's patches missed in the front, around our tree and either his setting is too high or not working well, but it's very uneven and high spots left.

Came a day later than he said he would without communicating, but at least was still within 48 hours. The cut is incredibly uneven and without care. I have images to share if possible. And then on top of it I was charged an additional $24+ fee for longer grass. I was home and the job took less than 15 minutes. $75 for a 15 minute job is not reasonable especially when it is poorly done. Learned my lesson and won’t be using lawn guru again unless the additional charge is refunded.
