The work was never completed. Several days of no show and promise of coming next day. Never came, then pushed the job as complete when it was never done.

I wanted to thank the plow driver for his care and listening to me about the shape of our driveway and about NOT plowing snow across the street into the neighbor's yard! Despite what the 'Emerald City' claims, your snow must remain on YOUR property. Apparently City Plow drivers are exempt, because the City street snow ends up in my driveway!! That's why I called you in the first place when my Blower broke! I appreciate your driver's patience and understanding.

Dave responded quickly and worked efficiently! His communication was excellent and he let me know both an approximate window of service as well as when there was an obstacle that needed to be removed. The only minor issue is that a band of snow was missed directly in front of the garage doors that my wife had to shovel to get her car in to the garage. Truly a minor issue.
