In the past he’s always been so thorough. The grass looks great but he left a pile of leaves in the corner of the fence. We’re home so we could have discussed it before he left out like that. He also left the gate open for the first time ever and we have a small dog. He said he got notice late that we scheduled him for Saturday so he didn’t make it until Sunday. This just wasn’t a good situation this time I suppose.

The work was never completed. Several days of no show and promise of coming next day. Never came, then pushed the job as complete when it was never done.

I wanted to thank the plow driver for his care and listening to me about the shape of our driveway and about NOT plowing snow across the street into the neighbor's yard! Despite what the 'Emerald City' claims, your snow must remain on YOUR property. Apparently City Plow drivers are exempt, because the City street snow ends up in my driveway!! That's why I called you in the first place when my Blower broke! I appreciate your driver's patience and understanding.
