While I understand wanting to get work done early on a day that is going to get hot, today was much too early - before 6:30 am. It woke me up and I’m sure it woke up my husband. Please don’t mow before 8:00 am. I do appreciate the work that was done. Thank you!

Snow removal was accepted by using a leaf blower. Under some circumstances this is acceptable. However in situations where a person has already walked or a car has already driven on the driveway, such is my case. The compacted snow remains on the driveway in those places.

The back of my fence and rocks were not more and in the job details it shows this is part of the job.

My service is supposed to include mow, trim, and blow off. The mow and blow off gets done perfectly but neither time I have paid for the service has there been trim done. The weeks along certain areas are very tall now. Is this not part of what I pay for? I did tell them not to go past the bushes on back fence but the rest should have been done

A lot of sticks were left behind and not cleaned up, I have pictures. Provider even left large branches in my fire pit, I could have done that myself. I paid for haul away.

The job was not completed because he wasn’t equipped to do the job that was required. Expected to see a crew not one person coming to do my do the job. I have a backyard and I have a fence around my backyard so he had to he didn’t have a more to get into my backyard. Also, I expect him to have bagged the grass. He wasn’t able to bag the grass as well, so I am very disappointed with my service and I really appreciate if you don’t charge me for this because it wasn’t done thank you
