The two gentlemen that arrived in their personal sedans claimed to have not finished the job due to not having the proper equipment to remove all of the leaves in the front and back yard. I only requested to have the branches and leaves picked up but instead I was told I’d have to pay more. But they waited until they “completed” the job in the app and left my house without communicating the issues they were facingI asked could they please come back and finish it, that I’d even tip. Instead they suggested we send it to support for them to handle it. Now I’m without the money and have an incomplete job.

For the quoted price, I expected an edging tool and to service the entire property perimeter, not just a narrow area limited to where my photo was taken.
