Thanks for getting this first mow done!! I know that grass was tall!

Overall very good mowing result but trimming around bushes, trees and mailbox did not get completed.

Bob went above and beyond. My lawn was overgrown up to 12 inches in some places. By the time he was done my lawn looked the best it has in years.

I still need the small walks from the sidewalk to the street opened like it shows on the diagram

I don't have any issue for the person that came out. I believe more of the area could have been shoveled for the price I paid.

They did not do the sidewalk in front of the house, unfortunately

Missed city sidewalk. Sometimes neighbors do it, but quote includes sidewalk and should be done as well

Absolutely poor quality work performed. Mowing was done with dull blades. Patches left untouched. The work was done in less than 7 minutes. I am embarrassed in front of my neighbors. I am requiring a refund immediately and will cancel my subscription with Lawn Guru. Very disappointed.

I thought that trimming was part of the deal. I now have a giant weed growing next to my cooling unit and along the driveway I thought at least would get done, but didn't. I might start looking elsewhere.

They arrived with no working machine one shovel and a flat iron shovel - I ended up shoveling with them so it would go quicker - they brought U-Haul This was terrible and shameful I’m fine with paying what I did out of pity but they didn’t even finish everything

I'm concerned about the picture. The garage at the property is two car. The picture was a single car garage. So I wondering if the plowing was actually done.
