Hello LawnGuru, I apologize that I requested service on the LawnGuru app and GreenPal. This is my error. I was charged $58 and change by Adam, today, May 26, 2025. However, my lawn was cut with the cut grass not cleared and pieces of paper are on my lawn. I am disappointed with the appearance of my lawn. Maybe, you can speak to Adam so he clears cut grass, and paper, and leaves the mowed lawn looking neat, clean and beautiful. Close gates on the property also. People are paying for his services. I have a contract with GreenPal, due to mow my lawn tomorrow, May 27, 2025. GreenPal cut my lawn on May 14, 2025, and my lawn looked beautiful, neat and clean. I will continue with my GreenPal lawn service provider. Please remove any future appointments for lawn care services by LawnGuru. I appreciate your help.
