Metro Dallas's Best Lawn Service Provider!

My parents are happy to have their lawn back to a manageable state. I was told it was done quickly and they are again happy. Thanks so much and we may be using the service again, this time in not such an overgrown state. Thank you!

When paying over 700 bucks for a lawn cleanup on a relatively small lawn I expect it to look pristine upon completion of the job. Alfredo did not communicate to me what time/date my service would be completed and I wasn’t able to meet him or walk the property to explain my expectations. The shrubs and bushes still have leaves in them. I should think that would have been part of the “clean up” service. Weeds were pulled and mulch was laid appropriately. Earnestly it is the best my yard has looked in a while, though for the money I was expecting more attention to detail.

Did not weed eat, Did not mow a large section by my patio. Did not blow off the patio.

I was not expecting him to just blow all the leaves under the bushes and into the corners. There are so many piles of leaves left all along the house.

Noah was not as good as the gentleman that came the first time. My husband is blowing it off now. He isn’t able to be out doing it in this heat. If this is how we continue, I consider it a bait & switch.

It's the second time Ty has not trimmed my backyard. I did have a chain link fence installed in the backyard to include all my backyard property. And now I have leaves and an additional tree. If my cost needs to be reevaluated. Then please reevaluate my cost to in

I love the timeliness of service and the convenience of taking care of everything through a mobile app. The quality of work could’ve been improved. There are areas around the fence that we’re not trimmed very well, and that was one of the main things that needed attention. We’ll try again and see how it goes next time.

Please mow behind the backyard fence

Tarius always does a great job. This time it was not as stellar as in the past. The side area on the west side of the house did not look like it was done (?). Next time I would like it to be cut a bit lower to ensure it looks like it has been cut.

My service was booked for Monday and after spending all day waiting on him I messaged him in the app. He came the next day but if he wasn’t coming on my scheduled day it would have been nice to know.

the no call no show on the day I expected you was inconvenient however I appreciate your timeliness the next day. the yard looks good but I would like the edging in the back yard to be cleaner around the stones and rocks. overall good. thanks.

Saul and his teammate did an excellent job! I was that annoying customer that kept asking for little details and was very nit picky, but these guys had a great attitude and happily did everything I asked with a smile on their face. It was clear they wanted to make me happy and not hurry off to the next job.

Did not have professional lawn mower. Too small for the job. Grass trimmer too weak to trim. Grass was uneven. Took too long to cut.

We talked about the use of the weed eater. It is not to be used to shave my grass to the ground. We discussed this before. Im not opposed to use of a weed eater but i am opposed to it being uses to shave it to the ground

My yard was butchered today. Already discussed issues last week about use of weed eater. Today. Mower too close to the ground and just butchered it.

It was entirely my fault because I forgot to mention our “circle garden” which looks like a weed bed. Please don’t mow or weed eater that part of the front yard. Great job. Thanks.
