Pls make sure the back yard patio and small deck are blown out after work is done. There was residual grass all over the small deck. Thank you! The rest was great!

Edging around flower beds, sidewalks & driveway was not done very well. In his defense, I do have a scraggly lawn with a lot of clover & some metal edging around the front flower beds. Both of those things make it more difficult to edge properly. However, I am having that metal edging removed, the edging redone and a lawn care service hired a service to take care of

Even though they couldn't make it the day I requested, they were here early today and did a really nice job.

Ronald was nice but he came to do a lawn cutting knowing the grass was high. He had no mulching mower or bags to put the cut trimmings in. If we hadn’t gone out to talk to him he would have left clumps of grass on top of the lawn. Not only would that have looked bad but our dog would bring in grass every day.

I would like him to blow the grass from my lawn and from back. It was left.

Thank you Brad for stepping up and taking this on under less than ideal circumstances. I understand this had to be cut high due to how high the grass was but can you work on getting the cut height to no more than 3”? Mowing was to be done Weds on schedule. I was begging to get this done before the rain last night because after heavy rains the back area gets real soft. Hopefully everything will improve moving forward. Dave
