Even shoveled the sidewalk which was more than expected

Work was completed 8+ hours after last snowfall. As you can see from the photos that were submitted by Victor, the sidewalks all have a layer of packed snow/ice. Doesn’t seem to have been an attempt to remove this, just toss a ton of salt and go.

Why was this work done.....I want a REFUND.

Communication was not good, just simply giving an ETA/ timeframe for work to be completed would’ve been helpful, or if service will not be completed date stated, it should be communicated.

I usually mow my own lawn but got hit with Covid badly, and did not have the strength. I would usually never have my lawn this long. They did a fast, good job, and it is very appreciated by me.

The service was good. However, I feel the mowing was done at too high a level. Some of the backyard grass appears as if it’s not been mowed in a week. Next time would appreciate the mowing to be done at a setting which is lower.

Service is timely and communication generally good. However the snow is not being cleared on all paved surfaces. Narrow path down sidewalks and walks, instead of all width. Left snow on half the driveway apron, not complete. This occurred more than one event and would appreciate a full cleanup if we continue to pay for everything.

He did a great job given such late notice by the first unprofessional loser who dropped us after 10 hours and promising us he was on his way. He arrived within less than 2 hours and did a great job.

Doesn't really respond well to messages, work isn't always consistent, some days the weed whacking is done and others are not. His schedule is a rough every other week ish...

Maybe Lawn Guru is still working some of the kinks out, but I was notified that Jose would be here more than a week ago, but no call, no show, and there was no response to messages trying to confirm the date. That said, his crew did a good job and was very fast when they came today.

I had to message him 4 days after he accepted the job to find out when he was coming. HORRRRRIIBLE communication.

The grass clippings were still in the yard. Previous pros had a riding mower so it wasn't as bad. This pro had a push mower so the grass clippings were left in the yard.

Original start date was yesterday and she didn't show up. The next day she said she would be here at 10am and she came around 330. She is very nice but I feel like there should have been better communication

I think she did a nice job but the blades should be lower. There are parts where it is uneven because the blade should have been lower
