Grass cut wayyyy too short. They should know that will burn the grass up in this heat. Something wrong with one of their lawnmowers because grass kept getting stuck in blade or something because there are dumps of grass in the yard.

The man come on a Sunday and did a great job.

3 times I've had this gentleman work my yard and 3 times I've been disappointed with the quality of work. Weed eating was shotty and inconsistent and still mess in sidewalks despite using blower.

Provider Did not cut grass… I had grass cut yesterday evening because no one showed yesterday or the day before to cut my grass… the provider however took a picture but did not do the job… my fault for not remembering to cancel service

Trimming needs to get better. Blows grass trimmings at house. Does not blow front porch after cutting grass.

He did not mow under the trampoline at all and a lot of trimming work was a bit shotty. The backyard needed more attention.

It was raining a lot this week so it was difficult to get scheduled but was delayed multiple times with last minute notifications. I had to request him to come again today now that it’s dried.

Lawrence arrived within the time frame as scheduled, and he did an amazing job with my front, back, and side lawns. He neatly cut my lawn, trimmed my edges, and he didn’t cause any damage to my double pane windows. After completing the lawn, he cleaned up all remaining weeds and grass.

Rigo was responsive and quick with communication through the app. I do feel I received the service as requested. I do however feel the grass appeared to be slightly patchy in some areas it looked as if the grass was unevenly cut in some areas seemed higher or lower in adjacent areas. Outside of that I do appreciate the service.
